What is Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation Printing - is the process in which we create an all over design for your garment. This printing process is a transfer method created by screen printing a poster that carries your garment design. Then through a heat press process, we transfer the image from the poster to the fabric. The ink on the poster turns to a gas under extreme temperature, and the gas then penetrates the fibre of the fabric, thus dyeing it. Because the colour is now part of the fabric and not just fixed to the surface, it does not fade, peel or crack.

Frequently Asked Sublimation Questions
Setting up - the fee to set up your design is a once only cost applied to your initial order that covers film work and screen set up. (Please read the important details on set ups below).

Minimum order - Yes 25, for your initial order, but we can plan it with you to order less garments so small clubs are not disadvantaged.

Delivery Time - Delivery is approximately 6 weeks from receipt of all information and deposit or 4 weeks on screen-printed and embroider items.

Sizing - we can supply you with a size kits for team fittings or work from chest and waist measurements.

Payment terms - 50% deposit is required when placing your order.

Important details regarding setting up Your Design
Robbins Sportswear make your design fit many different garments. For example, if you paid your set up fee for a tracksuit, other garments such as a polo shirt, reversible jacket, reversible vest or singlets would not incur another set up fee as long as the design stays the same.

This allows you to get your order quantity up and receive better pricing. For example, you could pay one set up and order 10 polo shirts, 10 jackets and 5 reversible jackets to get your minimum order of 25. Or alternatively 20 polo shirts, 20 jackets and 10 reversible jackets and get the 50 rate across the board on all these garments.
